Criag Anthony Hodges was born on June 27, 1960 in Park Forest, Illinois. He went to California State University of Long Beach. He was a member of the Bulls bench that won the 1991 and 1992 championships.
Hodges was the 2nd player to ever win three straight three-point contests (1990-1992). The first was Larry Bird. He holds the single round record with 25 points and the record for the most points made consecutively at 19 (a different time then the 25 points in one round). He was the only player to enter the contest as a free agent. He wore a blank jersey becuase he had no team affiliation.
After his NBA career he played professionally in Sweden with the Jamtland team. He later coached basketball at Chicago State University before joining the Lakers as the Shooting Coach.
